The purpose of the Professional Learning Plan shall be to improve the quality of teaching and learning by ensuring that when teachers and leaders participate in substantial professional learning they have opportunities for professional growth, remain current with their profession, and meet the learning needs of their students. Response to Intervention (RtI) Plan

The Regents policy establishes RtI as a school-wide system of organizing instruction and support resources to deliver high quality instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) Plan

Shared Decision Making Plan

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) requires schools to have a Shared Decision Making Committee (SDMC) to improve student achievement through collaboration. The SDMC is based on the belief that the most effective decisions are made when those affected by the decision are involved in the process. The goal of shared decision making is to improve student success, achievement, and personal growth.
